All God’s people have the potential to function prophetically – to practice the gift of prophecy, hear God’s revelatory word, and give prophetic charismatic witness to the world. In fact, the Bible says the people of God are to be a prophetic community.

There are six booklets in the Prophecy Community Series. Foundations is the second booklet, and as the title indicates, it is written to establish a solid biblical foundation for moving forward into the operation and administration of the gift of prophecy.

This booklet answers the following questions:

• What does it mean to be a prophetic community?
• What does this have to do with the gift of prophecy?
• What does the BIble say about it?
• Is it relevant for today?
• Why is it important?
